摘　　要：随着我国社会经济的快速发展和市场环境的逐渐开放,企业党建工作日益受到关注和重视。新时代,企业党建文化的统领作用对于企业发展具有重要意义。基于此,以新时代企业党建文化的统领作用为主题,深入研究并分析企业发展过程中党建文化的作用,总结新时代企业党建的特点,并提出新时代企业党建的发展措施和策略,以期为企业的健康发展提供参考。With the rapid development of China's economy and the gradual opening of the market environment,Party building work in enterprises is increasingly concerned and valued.In the new era,the leading role of enterprise Party building culture is of great significance for the development of enterprises.With the theme of the leading role of enterprise Party building culture in the new era,this paper deeply studies and analyzes the role of Party building culture in the process of enterprise development.This paper summarizes the characteristics of enterprise Party building in the new era,and puts forward the development measures and strategies of enterprise Party building in the new era,in order to provide reference and suggestions for the healthy development of enterprises.
