摘　　要：皮革行业是我国出口创汇的重要产业。国际上以产品碳足迹为供应链核心的形势越来越紧迫,行业应当尽快对皮革产品开展碳足迹核算的相关工作。本文以辛集市梅花皮业有限公司的经典产品——皮毛一体鞋面革为研究对象,通过实地调研与数据采集,在轻工(皮革)行业用化学品碳排放因子数据集的支持下,建模核算得到皮革产品碳足迹值。本文建立的碳足迹核算方法可实现对皮革产品制造过程各工序碳足迹的核算,为绿色制革提供可靠的数据支撑,助力行业绿色低碳转型与高质量发展。The leather industry is an important sector for China.s export and foreign exchange earnings.Globally,there is a growing urgency to take products carbon footprint as the core of the supply chain,under which circumstance the leather industry should prioritize conducting carbon footprint accounting for leather products.This paper focused on the classic product(i.e.,double face shoe upper leather)of Xinji Meihua Leather Industry Co.,Ltd.By conducting field research and data collection,the carbon footprint value of the product was modeled and calculated based on light(leather)industry chemicals carbon emission factor dataset.Carbon footprint accounting method for leather prod⁃ucts is established in the study,which can provide data support for green leather production and is beneficial to green and low-carbon manufacturing,and high-quality development of leather industry.
