摘 要:为了应对制革业的环境问题,本文基于绿色发展理念,对制革污水处理方法进行了深入分析。概述了制革污水的主要污染物及其对环境和人类健康的危害,指出了传统污水处理方法在去除有机物、重金属等方面的不足,以及其造成的高能耗、高成本等问题。介绍了基于绿色发展的污水处理技术中的清洁化生产原则及具体技术(如先进氧化工艺、膜分离技术和生物吸附技术等)。这些技术能够有效地降低制革污水的污染负荷,提高资源利用率,实现制革业的可持续发展。In order to deal with the environmental problems of tannery industry,this paper deeply analyzed the treatment methods of tannery wastewater based on the concept of green development.The main pollutants of tannery sewage and their harm to the environment and human health were summarized.The shortcomings of traditional wastewater treatment methods in removing organic matter and heavy metals,as well as the problems of high energy consumption and high cost were pointed out.The principles of clean production in wastewater treatment technology based on green development were introduced,as well as specific technologies such as advanced oxidation process,membrane separation technology,and biological adsorption technology.These technologies can effectively reduce the pollution load of tanning wastewater,improve the utilization rate of resources,and realize the sustainable development of tanning industry.
