脚部疾病成因分析及矫正鞋设计方案研究

摘　　要：脚部承受人体的重量,与人体健康息息相关。但脚部疾病产生的诱因差别较大,相应的矫正鞋在设计时侧重点也不同。本文以访谈中发现的“脚部疾病”为研究对象,分别从生理病理性和卫生性两个方面探讨疾病的诱因,并根据诱因从设计、结构、工艺、材料等方面提出矫正和解决方案。结果显示,矫正O型和X型腿重点是将脚底不均衡的重心调整到正常阶段,可通过鞋靴三维抗扭结构、质量、包裹性、坡度差异等实现;矫正拇外翻重点是满足分开拇指和包裹横弓两大作用,可借助鞋靴和鞋内垫双层设计实现;防护扁平足重点是改变脚底不正确的负力点,可通过鞋垫和鞋大底实现;防护高弓足对象重点是防止背弓部位过度拉伸,可通过束紧装置某种程度上限制背伸和踝关节部位的活动范围;鞋靴卫生性能可从鞋靴材料和结构两方面进行突破。研究结果可为前期脚部疾病的预防和矫正鞋的设计与研发提供理论支撑。The feet bear the weight of the human body and are closely related to human health.However,the cau⁃ses of foot diseases vary greatly,and the corresponding corrective shoes are designed with different emphasis.In this paper,taking the“foot disease”found in the interview as the research object,the causes of the diseases were dis⁃cussed from two aspects:physio-pathological and hygienic,and the corrective and solution solutions were proposed from the aspects of design,structure,process and material according to the inducements.The results show that the fo⁃cus of correcting O-shaped and X-shaped legs is to adjust the unbalanced center of gravity of the soles of the feet to the normal stage,which could be achieved through the three-dimensional torsional structure,weight,wrapping,and slope difference of shoes and boots.The focus of correcting hallux valgus is to meet the two major functions of separa⁃ting the thumb and wrapping the transverse arch,which can be achieved with the help of the double-layer design of shoes and insoles.The focus of the protective flat foot is to change the incorrect negative force point on the sole of the foot,which can be achieved by insole and shoe outsole.The focus of the protection of high arch foot objects is to pre⁃vent overstretching of the dorsal arch area,and the range of motion of the dorsal extension and ankle joint can be lim⁃ited to some extent through the binding device.The hygienic performance of shoes and boots can be broken through in terms of footwear material and structure.The results of this study can provide theory support for the design and development of shoes for the prevention and correction of foot diseases in the early stage.
