摘 要:为实现对铜川隧道大型充填型溶洞的安全快速处治,针对掌子面帷幕注浆与地表注浆2种加固方案进行模拟分析,对比2种加固方案下支护结构变形、受力、结构安全系数及围岩塑性区变形。结果表明:地表注浆与帷幕注浆方案变形规律基本一致,变形峰值差仅0.2 mm(0.46%),拱顶位移变形差仅为2.4 mm(8.4%);帷幕注浆方案协调了隧道周边围岩受力、变形特性,隧道净空收敛变形与塑性变形区小于地表注浆方案,净空变形差为5.3 mm(59.6%);帷幕注浆与地表注浆方案支护结构安全系数分别为5.1、5.5,2种加固方案均可保证隧道安全施工。同时,从工期、成本投入及施工组织等方面出发,综合对比2种预加固方案的优缺点,推荐采用地表注浆加固方案。To realize safe and rapid treatment of large filled karst cave in Tongchuan Tunnel,this paper simulates and analyzes two reinforcement schemes of tunnel face curtain grouting and surface grouting,and compares the deformation,stress,structural safety factor and plastic zone deformation of surrounding rock in the support structure under the two reinforcement schemes.The results show that:a)the deformation law of surface grouting and curtain grouting is basically consistent,with a peak deformation difference of only 0.2 mm(0.46%)and an arch crown displacement deformation difference of only 2.4 mm(8.4%);b)Curtain grouting scheme coordinates the stress and deformation characteristics of surrounding rock around the tunnel,and the tunnel clearance convergence deformation and plastic deformation zone is smaller than that of surface grouting scheme,with a clearance deformation difference of 5.3 mm(59.6%);c)The safety factors of support structure for curtain grouting and surface grouting are 5.1 and 5.5 respectively,and both reinforcement schemes can ensure the safe construction of the tunnel.At the same time,this paper comprehensively compares the advantages and disadvantages of the two pre-reinforcement schemes from the aspects of construction period,costs and construction organization,and recommends the surface grouting reinforcement scheme.
