摘　　要：以某高校2020-2022年上半年3780份硕士毕业论文盲审结果为样本,运用统计分析和访谈调查方法,对毕业论文盲审结果进行比较分析,着重分析评审结果分歧较大的学位论文,揭示当前我国高校研究生学位论文匿名评审现状。在此基础上,从评审负担、人情社会、权利失衡等层面剖析研究生学位论文匿名评审办法存在的问题及原因,同时提出改进硕士毕业论文匿名评审办法的建议。Based on 3780 postgraduate dissertations in a university from 2020 to June,2022,using statistical analysis and interview investigation methods,this thesis contrasts and analyzes the anonymous evaluation system of postgraduate dissertations,mainly analyzing dissertations with significant differences in evaluations and revealing the current situation of the anonymous evaluation system of postgraduate dissertations in China.On this basis,this thesis examines the problems and reasons for the anonymous evaluation from the perspectives of evaluation burden,social relationships,and power imbalances.Additionally,targeted countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to improve the anonymous evaluation of postgraduate dissertations.
