摘　　要：高校生物实验室是培育一流人才、建设一流学科、开展科技创新的重要基地,在“双一流”建设中起着至关重要的支撑作用。在南京中医药大学翰林学院生物教学实验室改造建设过程中,引入“6S管理模式”,从整理实验室空间和仪器设备布局、整顿实验室巡查制度、清除安全死角、维持环境清洁、完善安全管理制度以及培育特色人文素养等6个方面改革、提升实验室管理,从而促进“双一流”建设。Biology laboratories in universities are important bases for cultivating first-class talents,constructing first-class disciplines and carrying out scientific and technological innovation,and play a crucial supporting role in the construction of double first-class.In the process of renovation and construction of biology teaching laboratories in our university,we introduced the 6S management mode,which reforms and improves the management of laboratories in six aspects:organizing the layout of laboratory space and instruments and equipment,reorganizing the inspection system of laboratories,clearing security dead spots,maintaining environmental cleanliness,perfecting the safety management system,and cultivating the characteristic humanistic qualities,so as to promote the construction of Double First Class.
