摘 要:分析了OLED屏下摄像显示技术中存在的问题,介绍了关键技术解决方案的进展。通过屏下摄像区的显示驱动电路外移边置、像素阳极面积缩减等方法,将OLED显示屏的屏下摄像区域的透过率提升到20%,基本满足手机前置摄像头的拍照需求。通过一组像素驱动电路驱动多个像素的方式,解决了屏下摄像区高像素密度导致走线空间不足的问题。通过波浪形走线设计,降低了光通过屏下摄像区域发生的衍射,提升了前置摄像头的拍摄效果。通过显示面板的像素排布优化,弱化了屏下摄像区域和其他区域的分界线。通过驱动Gamma调试、Demura等方法,消除屏下摄像区域和主屏的亮度与颜色差异,使屏下摄像区域和主屏的显示效果达到一致。The difficulties and challenges of the UDC technology were analyzed,the progress of each key technical point were presented,and potential solutions were explored.The transmittance of UDC area could be improved to 20%by“Driving Circuit Edge-placed”,reducing the pixel anode size,etc.,and it could basically meet the needs of the front camera on the mobile phones.“One subpixel driving circuit drives the same color sub-pixels”could reduce the number of lines while keeping the number of OLED pixels unchanged.Destroying the pattern regularity of the UDC area could suppress the diffraction to improve the selfie performance of the front camera.Optimized pixel layout could reduce the obviousness of the separatrix between the low PPI and high PPI area.The brightness and color differences between the UDC area and the main screen could be eliminated by optimizing Gammas of two screen areas and Demura algorithms.
