单孔灌注混凝土形成帷幕堵水灭火的设计与应用

摘　　要：为了迅速有效地对旬邑青岗坪煤矿工作面着火点进行灭火,设计了2个钻孔。1号钻孔定位于运输巷道顶部,并通过地面垂直钻孔将封堵材料(混凝土)灌注巷道内形成帷幕,达到堵水、隔绝空气和控制火势发展等目的。2号钻孔定位于回风巷顶部,并采用地面垂直钻孔方式,以便观测巷道水位上升、观测气体成分并检验灭火效果。In order to extinguish fire quickly and effectively in Xunyi Qinggangping Coal mine,two boreholes were designed.Borehole No.1 is located at the top of the haulage roadway,and the sealing material(concrete)is poured into the roadway to form a curtain through the vertical drilling on the ground to achieve the purpose of water plugging,air isolation and fire control development.Borehole No.2 is located at the top of the air return roadway and adopts the vertical drilling method on the ground in order to observe the rise of the water level of the roadway,observe the gas composition and test the fire extinguishing effect.
