摘 要:井壁破裂是煤矿立井中的常见问题,严重威胁着井筒自身及提升装备运行的安全。针对郭屯煤矿主井C70高强混凝土井壁破裂现象,在分析破坏机理的基础上,采用“卸压槽”法进行修复加固,并对其中的破壁注浆、卸压槽设计和施工以及破裂井壁加固等关键技术进行了阐述,通过建立的在线监测系统对修复治理效果进行了验证。结果表明,“卸压槽”法可实现在不停产情况下对由表土层固结沉降引起的井壁破裂进行修复治理,且修复效果显著。研究成果可为同类破裂井壁修复治理的设计和施工提供参考。Shaft wall fracture is a common problem in coal mine shafts,which seriously threatens the safety of the shaft and the operation of lifting equipment.Therefore,in view of the fracture phenomenon of C70 high-strength concrete shaft wall in the main shaft of Guotun Coal Mine,based on the analysis of the failure mechanism,the“pressure relief groove”method was used for repair and reinforcement,and the key technologies such as wall-breaking grouting,design and construction of pressure relief groove and reinforcement of fractured shaft wall were studied.The effect of repair and treatment was verified by the established online monitoring system.The results show that the“pressure relief groove”method realizes the repair and treatment of shaft wall fracture caused by consolidation settlement of topsoil under non-stop production,and the effect is remarkable,which can provide a reference for the design and construction of similar fracture shaft wall repair and treatment.
