摘 要:在煤矿井下,盾构机施工的巷道无法像地铁施工那样直接从地面开挖硐室拆除盾构机。如果在盾构机后方进行解体硐室施工,挑顶、刷帮时放炮会对设备造成损坏,并且当盾构机后退时,巷道内的支护会对盾体产生损伤。此外,盾构机也无法直接施工大断面的解体硐室,只能通过新掘进一条措施巷,绕过盾构机盾体,在刀盘前方施工出50 m的解体硐室,这种方法需要额外设置运输系统,并且盾构机拆除后措施巷将被废弃。以新景煤矿拆解硐室施工为研究背景,应用新设计思路解决了盾构机拆解硐室施工问题,无需施工措施巷,只在盾构机施工的巷道内继续掘进,利用盾构机掘进配合普通钻爆法施工出盾构机解体硐室,在盾构机解体之后可以利用原有巷道上已建立起来的运输系统进行运输。In coal mine shaft, the roadway constructed by metro shield can not be excavated chamber to disassemble main body of metro shield directly from the ground as in subway construction. If the construction of the disassembly chamber is carried out behind the metro shield, the blasting will cause damage to the equipment when the roof ripping is raised and the side is enlarged, and the support in the roadway will cause damage to the shield body when the metro shield is backing up. In addition, the metro shield can not directly construct the large section of the dismantling chamber, only through the new excavation of a service roadway to bypass the metro shield body to excavate a 50 m dismantling chamber in front of the cutter, this method requires additional transport system, and the service roadway will be abandoned after the dismantlement of the metro shield. Taking the dismantling chamber construction of Xinjing Coal Mine as the research background, the new design idea was applied to solve the construction problem of the dismantling chamber of the metro shield. Without the construction service roadway, only to continuously excavate in the roadway of the metro shield construction, and the metro shield tunneling combined with ordinary drilling and blasting method was used to construct the dismantling chamber of the metro shield. After the dismantling of the shield machine, the transportation system established on the original roadway could be used for transportation.
