摘 要:为促进智能混凝土在工程监测领域更好地推广应用,将电阻层析成像技术(Electrical Resistance Tomography, ERT)引入到智能混凝土结构监测中。试验研究了智能混凝土的导电性及敏感性,并通过有限元仿真,分析了智能混凝土所受压力和含有裂缝时的边界电压信号变化规律。研究结果表明:智能混凝土在破坏前电阻值变化与荷载情况有很好的一一对应关系,通过边界电压信号能够反馈出其受力信息和裂缝信息,同时编制了电阻层析反演成像算法程序,得到了筒形结构内部不均匀受力的电阻灰度图像,为其在工程监测中的推广应用奠定了基础。In order to promote the promotion and application of smart concrete in the field of engineering monitoring, this article introduces electrical resistance tomography(ERT)into the monitoring of smart concrete structures. The conductivity and sensitivity of smart concrete were studied through experiments, and the changes in boundary voltage signals of smart concrete under pressure and with cracks were analyzed through finite element simulation. The research results indicate that there is a good correspondence between the change in resistance value of smart concrete and its load situation before its failure. The force information and crack information can be feedback through boundary voltage signals. In addition, a resistance tomography inversion imaging algorithm program was developed in the article, which obtained the resistance grayscale image of the uneven stress inside the cylindrical structure, laying the foundation for its promotion and application in engineering monitoring.
