摘  要:随着电动汽车的市场占有率越来越高,基于电动汽车制动能量回收功能的普遍应用,摩擦片在常规制动工况下的负荷变小,摩擦片寿命增加。在保证摩擦片使用寿命满足客户需求的基础上,探讨摩擦片使用寿命与摩擦片面积、摩擦片厚度的强关联性。分析电动汽车前、后制动器摩擦片厚度减薄设计的可能性,提出电动汽车摩擦片厚度的经验设计值,为降低后续车型零部件开发成本提供经验和借鉴依据。As the market share of electric vehicles continues to rise and the widespread appli⁃cation of regenerative braking based on electric vehicle brake energy recovery function,the load on brake pads under conventional braking conditions decreases,leading to an increase in the service life of brake pads.While ensuring that the service life of brake pads meets customer requirements,the strong correlation between the service life of brake pads and the brake pad area and thickness is ex⁃plored.The possibility of reducing the thickness of brake pads for front and rear brakes of electric ve⁃hicles is analyzed,and empirical design values for the thickness of brake pads for electric vehicles are proposed,providing experience and reference for reducing costs in the development of compo⁃nents for subsequent vehicle models.
