摘  要:某湿式双离合自动变速器存在发动机停机后,首次启动1挡升2挡时,偶数离合器压力跟随较差的问题,导致整车起步缓慢、换挡顿挫。文章结合仿真分析找出问题产生的原因,并通过台架测试对排气效果进行验证,最终实车验证了排气策略的有效性,解决了发动机停机后首次1挡升2挡的换挡问题。After the engine shut down and started for the first time,there is a problem with the poor follow-up of the even clutch pressure when shifting from 1st gear to 2nd gear in a certain wet dual-clutch automatic transmission,resulting in slow vehicle start-up and shifting jerkiness.By com⁃bining simulation analysis,the cause of the problem is identified and the air-purge effect is verified through bench testing.Finally,the effectiveness of the air-purge strategy is verified through on-road testing,solving the shifting problem from 1st gear to 2nd gear after the engine is shut down and started for the first time.
