摘 要:某车企多款乘用车型在上市后随着行驶里程的增加,接到越来越多用户关于车辆低速转向时前悬架部位异响的抱怨。通过分析、测试,验证了前压缩限位缓冲块下端面沾染减振器油液是造成前悬架异响的主要原因,制定了接触端面涂油脂的短期措施来消除异响,最终通过进一步控制减振器油液渗透量的长期措施来降低异响出现的频次从而减少用户抱怨率。同时,文章通过前悬架异响分析案例展示了分析思路和解决方法,对后续车型的异响问题分析与解决具有借鉴意义。After several passenger car models of the automotive manufacturer were launched,an increasing number of complaints from users about abnormal noise in the front suspension when turning at low speed were received as the mileage of the vehicles increased.Through analysis and test⁃ing,it is verified that the main cause of the front suspension abnormal noise is the contamination of the lower end surface of the front compression limit buffer block with damper oil.A short-term mea⁃sure of applying grease to the contact surface is eventually formulated to eliminate the abnormal noise.By further controlling the amount of damper oil permeation as a long-term measure,the frequency of abnormal noise occurrence is reduced,thereby decreasing the user complaints.Additionally,through the analysis case of front suspension abnormal noise,the analysis methods and solutions are demon⁃strated,which have reference significance for the analysis and resolution of abnormal noise problems in subsequent vehicle models.
