摘　　要：在体育强国战略背景下,武术启蒙教育展现出重要的时代意义。武术作为中国民族传统体育项目,承载了丰富的文化内涵和价值观念,其在全民体育健身中具有不可替代的地位。运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,深入探讨武术启蒙教育的时代价值,解读其中蕴含的“分享运动”理念,以此阐述武术启蒙教育的时代内涵和意义。同时还提出基于“分享运动”理念的武术启蒙教育的具体策略,旨在推动武术在全民健身和体育强国建设中发挥更加积极的作用。Against the backdrop of the strategy to strengthen the nation through sports,Wushu enlightenment education demonstrates significant contemporary relevance.As a traditional Chinese sport,Wushu embodies rich cultural connotations and values,holding an irreplaceable position in nationwide physical fitness.This paper employs literature review and logical analysis to delve into the contemporary significance of Wushu enlightenment education,interpreting the underlying concept of"sharing sports"and elucidating the essence and significance of Wushu enlightenment education in the present era.Additionally,the paper proposes specific strategies for Wushu enlightenment education based on the concept of"sharing sports,"aiming to enhance the positive role of Wushu in nationwide fitness and the construction of a sports powerhouse.
