摘 要:精细化工生产废水具有化学需氧量(CODCr)高、酸性强、盐度高、毒性大、生化性差等特点,是污水处理面临的难题之一。目前废水的处理方式大多为园区内废水混合处理,未进行清污分流,导致后续废水组分复杂,处理成本高、处理效果差。结合国内外近期研究成果和实际状况,本文以单一车间氯苯砜生产车间产生的SO3酸性含氯苯废水为研究对象,研究废水处理的工艺流程,为废水的针对性处理提供参考。Fine chemical production wastewater has the characteristics of high chemical oxygen demand(CODCr),strong acidity,high salinity,high toxicity and poor biochemical properties,which is one of the diffi cult problems faced by wastewater treatment.At present,most of the wastewater treatment methods are mixed treatment of wastewater in the park,without cleaning and diverting,which leads to complicated components of the subsequent wastewater,high treatment cost and poor treatment eff ect.Combined with recent research results and actual conditions at home and abroad,this paper takes SO_(3)acidic chlorobenzene wastewater produced in a single workshop chlorophenone production workshop as the research object,studies the wastewater treatment process,and provides reference for the targeted treatment of wastewater.
