河道水环境问题的诊断流程与治理措施研究

摘　　要：随着经济的持续增长,河道水环境问题日益突出,如何精准诊断水环境问题的“病因”,是制定有效的河道治理措施的关键。本研究通过归纳和总结,建立了一套针对河道水环境问题的诊断流程。该流程包括对河道本身及其所处区域的概况调查、河道相关水系调查、区域雨污管网排查、河道生态环境调研。在此基础上,进一步确定水环境问题的来源及成因,为河道治理提供方向。同时,本研究从点源污染治理、面源污染治理、内源污染治理和提质增效等方面,阐述了针对不同污染源的治理措施和水质保障措施,目的在于为同业人员提供借鉴,从而推动河道水环境治理能力稳步提升。As Chinses economy continues to grow,river water environment problems are becoming more and more prominent,how to accurately diagnose the“cause”of water environment problems is the key to develop eff ective river management measures.This study established a set of diagnostic process for river water environment problems through generalisation and summary.The process includes an overview survey of the river itself and the region in which it is located,a survey of the river’s related water system,an investigation of the regional rainwater and sewage network,and a study of the river’s ecological environment.On this basis,the sources and causes of water environment problems are further identifi ed to provide directions for river management.Meanwhile,this study described the management measures and water quality assurance measures for diff erent pollution sources from the aspects of point source pollution management,surface source pollution management,endogenous pollution management and quality improvement.The purpose of this study was to provide references for practitioners in the same fi eld and to promote a steady improvement in the capacity of river water environment management.
