摘 要:近年来,严重的水环境污染事件在我国时有发生,大型河流突发环境事件若不能及时得到妥善地处置,会导致跨界污染,甚至造成饮用水源短缺,后果极为严重。生态环境部要求各地要充分借鉴“南阳实践”的成果及成功经验,尤其是针对重点流域和大型河流,组织开展“一河一策一图”环境应急响应方案编制工作,切实提高河流环境的应急响应能力。In recent years,serious water environmental pollution events have occurred frequently in our country.Large river environmental emergencies,if not properly handled in time,will lead to cross-border pollution and even a shortage of drinking water sources,with extremely serious consequences.The Ministry of Ecology and Environment requires all localities to fully learn from the results and successful experience of the“Nanyang Practice”,especially for key river basins and large rivers,to organize the preparation of“one river,one plan and one map”environmental emergency response plan,and effectively improve the river environmental emergency response capacity.
