大数据时代侦查假设的科学化

摘　　要：当前犯罪形势发生了广泛而深刻的变化,推动侦查假设由经验型向科学型转变是适应犯罪新形势的必然要求。大数据为侦查假设的科学化提供了数据基础;大数据的整体性思维、容错性思维、相关性思维、预测性思维在理念上促进了侦查假设的科学化。要在侦查实践中实现侦查假设的科学化,一方面必须转变侦查人员思维、理念,重视数据;另一方面要做好大数据相关专业建设和人才储备。在具体操作上应从侦查假设的建立和侦查假设的验证入手实现侦查假设的科学化。At present,the crime situation has undergone extensive and profound changes.It is necessary to change the investigation hypothesis from experience-based to science-based in order to adapt to the new situation of crime.Big Data provides the data foundation for the scientific investigation hypothesis,and the whole thinking,fault-tolerant thinking,correlation thinking and prediction thinking of big data promote the scientific investigation hypothesis.In order to realize the scientific investigation hypothesis in the investigation practice,on the one hand,we must change the thinking and idea of the investigators and attach importance to the data,on the other hand,we must do well the construction of the major related to big data and the reserve of talents.In the concrete operation,from the establishment of investigation hypothesis and the verification of Investigation hypothesis start to realize the scientific investigation hypothesis.
