摘 要:目的:探讨某三级甲等综合医院医务人员患者安全文化现状、薄弱环节及影响因素。方法:采用方便抽样法与医院患者安全文化调查表(HSOPSC)对该院1336名医务人员进行横断面调查。结果:该院患者安全文化总体得分(3.78±0.51)分,总体积极反应率66.65%。患者安全文化的优势维度有5个,分别为科室内团队合作(82.49%)、管理者促进安全的意愿和行动(79.06%)、组织学习与持续改进(86.73%)、对患者安全的管理支持(78.84%)和对差错的反馈与沟通(79.49%),待改进领域分别为人员配置(39.78%)和对差错的非惩罚反应(41.79%)。结论:是否有行政职务、日均加班时长、非处罚性上报制度的知晓情况是医院患者安全文化的影响因素(P<0.05)。合理调配人力资源、营造非惩罚性文化是提高患者安全文化的重要举措。Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate the current state,weaknesses and influencing factors of patient safety culture among medical staff in a tertiary comprehensive hospital.Methods:A crosssectional survey was conducted among 1,336 healthcare personnel in the hospital using the hospital survey of patient safety culture(HSOPSC)through a convenience sampling method.Results:The overall score for patient safety culture in the hospital was 3.78±0.51,with an overall positive response rate of 66.65%.There were five strengths identified in the patient safety culture,including teamwork within departments(82.49%),managers'willingness and actions to promote safety(79.06%),organizational learning and continuous improvement(86.73%),management support for patient safety(78.84%),and feedback and communication about errors(79.49%);areas requiring improvement were identified as staffing(39.78%)and non-punitive response to errors(41.79%).Conclusion:Factors that influenced the patient safety culture in the hospital included administrative position,average daily overtime hours,and awareness of a non-punitive reporting system(P<0.05).Rational allocation of human resources and fostering a non-punitive culture are crucial measures for enhancing patient safety culture.
