摘  要:随着海量育种信息的快速积累,机器学习作为人工智能的重要分支,在猪等畜禽育种中将扮演更加重要的角色。如何利用机器学习实现高效精准智能化育种是科技工作者当前亟需解决的热点与难点问题。本文从常用算法及分类等方面对机器学习进行了概述,并进一步对机器学习在个体识别、表型获取、遗传评估等动物育种核心环节的应用展开综述,同时指出智能化育种中存在的一些问题并提出相关建议,以期为大数据背景下利用机器学习对猪及其他动物育种的研究与应用提供参考。With the rapid accumulation of massive breeding data,machine learning as an important branch of artificial intelligence,it would play an increasingly critical role in pig and animal breeding.How to use machine learning to achieve efficient,precise,and intelli-gent breeding was a hot and challenging issue that breeders urgently needed to address.This paper provided an overview of machine learning from the aspects of common algorithms and classification,and further reviewed the application of machine learning in the core aspects of animal breeding such as individual recognition,phenotype determination and breeding value estimation.Meanwhile,some problems in intelligent breeding were pointed out and relevant suggestions were put forward.To provide reference for the research and application of machine learning in pig and even animal breeding under the background of big data.
