摘 要:来宾抽水蓄能电站工程区的地形较为陡峭,且开挖弃渣量较大,施工布置规划设计困难。笔者结合枢纽布置和地形的特点,对施工总布置方案进行研究,重点阐述弃渣规划布置方案和砂石加工系统设置方案的技术经济分析比选,以及施工总布置规划原则、上下水库施工区场地布置规划。确定的推荐方案节约投资成本4 310.72万元。该研究成果对地形陡峭的抽水蓄能电站如何开展施工场地布置有一定的参考意义。The terrain of the project area of Laibin Pumped Storage Power Station is relatively steep,and the amount of excavated waste is large,so it is difficult to plan and design the construction layout.Combined with the characteristics of the layout of hydroproject and the terrain,the authors study the construction general layout scheme,and focus on the technical and economic analysis and comparison of the discarding dregs planning layout scheme and the sand and stone processing system setting scheme,as well as the construction general layout planning principle and the site layout planning of the upper and lower reservoir construction area.The recommended plan has saved investment costs of 43.1072 million yuan.The research results have certain reference significance for how to carry out the construction site layout of pumped storage power stations with steep terrain.
