摘 要:为解决集电线路在竣工验收时常出现电线弧垂过松或过紧的问题,研究了一种可无级调节线长的电力金具及依托该金具的耐张串。笔者阐述了无级调节金具的机械结构、无级调节原理和防松脱设计,对无级调节金具和常规调节方法的级差进行分析对比,介绍了无级调节耐张串在工程实例中的应用,并总结出应用要点,可为施工弧垂偏差超标处理提供一种方法。In order to solve the problem that the wire sag is too loose or too tight during the completion and acceptance of the collector line,an electric power fitting that can adjust the line length steplessly and a tension string relying on the fiting are studied.The authors expound the mechanical structure,stepless adjustment principle and anti-loosening design of stepless regulation fttings,analyze and compare the step difference between stepless regulation fittings and conventional adjustment methods,introduce the application of stepless regulation tension string in engineering examples,and summarize the application points,which can provide a method for the treatment of excessive sag deviation during construction.
