摘 要:随着“3060双碳”目标的提出,为研究火电厂建设对区域碳排放的影响,笔者以广西某火电厂为例,根据燃煤发电行业碳排放量核算方法,计算得出该火电厂碳排放总量;分析碳排放对区域降碳的影响,并提出减污降碳措施。结果表明,该火电厂建设会大大增加区域碳排放总量,不利于实现区域降碳目标。所提出的降碳措施可为降低区域碳排放提供依据。With the introduction of the"3060 double carbon"goal,in order to study the impact of thermal power plant construction on regional carbon emissions,the authors take a thermal power plant in Guangxi as an exarmple,and calculate the total carbon emissions of the thermal power plant according to the carbon emissions accounting method of the coal-fired power generation industry;Analyze the impact of carbon emissions on regional carbon reduction,and propose measures to reduce pollution and carbon reduction.The results show that the construction of the thermal power plant will greatly increase the total amount of regional carbon emissions,which is not conducive to the realization of regional carbon reduction targets.The proposed carbon reduction measures can provide a basis for reducing regional carbon emissions.
