摘 要:滨海商务区机场东路东侧排洪泵闸工程副排洪渠水闸淤泥、淤泥质土厚度超过50 m,软土厚度大,地基处理难度大。笔者通过对真空联合堆载预压法、水泥土搅拌桩、钻孔灌注桩、预应力高强度混凝土管桩(PHC管桩)等4种常用的软土地基处理方法进行分析比较,推荐闸室、挡土墙等建筑物采用大直径水泥土搅拌桩与PHC管桩组成的长短桩复合地基。结果表明,地基处理后,显著地提高了地基承载力,建筑物沉降较小,方案安全可靠且投资较省。该研究成果可为类似软土地基处理提供参考。The thickness of silt and muddy soil in the sluice of the auxiliary flood discharge channel on the east side of Airport East Road in Binhai Business District is more than 50 m.The thickness of soft soil is large,and the foundation treatment is difficult.Based on the analysis and comparison of four commonly used soft soil foundation treatment methods,such as vacuum combined surcharge preloading method,cement-soil mixing pile,bored pile and prestressed high-strength concrete pipe pile(PHC pipe pile),the authors recommend that the long and short pile composite foundation composed of large-diameter cement-soil mixing pile and PHC pipe.pile is used in lock chamber,retaining wall and other buildings.The results show that after the foundation treatment,the bearing capacity of the foundation is significantly improved,the settlement of the building is small,the scheme is safe and reliable,and the investment is less.The research results can provide reference for similar soft soil foundation treatment.
