摘  要:对于汽车车身设计及车辆售后而言,汽车车身碰撞安全是十分关键的因素,随着纯电动汽车产业的蓬勃发展,近年来无框车门的应用越来越多,这无疑对车身侧面碰撞的安全性提出更大挑战。探索以安全性、轻量化为目标,提出一种针对无框车门汽车侧面碰撞安全的B柱结构设计,以解决无框车门车型的B柱侧面碰撞得分低的问题。通过对C-IASI评价标准的解读,归纳侧面侧碰工况要求及特点,总结侧面碰撞B柱设计关键点。结合某车型实际开发案列,开发兼顾轻量化及安全性的设计方案,同时该设计结构也可为后续无框车门车型B柱结构的设计开发提供参考。For the design of vehicle body and after-sales,collision safety of vehicle is a very critical factor,with the development of electric vehicle industry,the application of frameless door is more and more in recent years,that undoubtedly poses a greater challenge to the safety of the side impact of the vehicle.The exploration aims at safety and lightweight,the study proposes a structure design of B-pillar for side impact safety of vehicle with frameless doors,to solve the problem of low score of side impact of B-pillar of frameless door models.Through the interpretation of C-IASI evaluation criteria,requirements and characteristics of side impact conditions are summarized,to conclude the key points of side impact B-pillar design.Combined with the actual development case of a frameless door model,develop design solutions that balance lightweight and safety,the design structure can provide reference for the subsequent design of B-pillar structure of other frameless door vehicles.
