摘 要:针对重型商用车总装线在多车型混线生产模式下装配人员负荷不饱满问题,文章阐述了一种基于结构化工艺的排产方法,可根据企业年度车型规划计算各产线最佳排产车型及相应人员投入,在订单排产时按照各产线最佳效率区间调整车型混比,实现各产线装配人员效率最大化发挥。通过实践,此方法有效降低了装配人员数量,提升生产效率,可广泛应用于制造企业多品种混线生产线的效率提升中,降低生产成本。In view of the insufficient load of assembly personnel in the multi-model mixed-line production mode of the final assembly line of heavy commercial vehicles,this paper describes a production scheduling method based on structured process,which can calculate the best production models of each production line and the corresponding personnel input according to the annual model planning of the enterprise,and adjust the model mix ratio according to the best efficiency interval of each production line during the order scheduling,to maximize the efficiency of assembly personnel in each production line.Through practice,this method can effectively reduce the number of assembly personnel and improve production efficiency,and can be widely used in manufacturing enterprises to improve the efficiency of multi-variety mixed-line production lines and reduce production costs.
