摘　　要：针对袁大滩矿选煤厂存在分选密度不稳定、介质消耗量偏大、产品质量不稳定等问题,从脱泥效果、脱介效果和介质回收等方面查找原因并进行数据分析;结合分析结论,对部分工艺环节和设备进行改造优化,进一步完善、加强生产管理的工作制度,最终在产能提升、产品质量稳定和降低介耗方面取得了显著的效果。In view of the problems of unstable separation density,large media consumption and unstable product quality in Yuan Datan Coal preparation plant,the reasons were found and the data were analyzed from the aspects of desliming effect,desliming effect and media recovery.Combined with the analysis results,some process links and equipment were reformed and optimized,and the working system of production management was further improved and strengthened.Finally,remarkable results were achieved in terms of productivity improvement,stable product quality and reduction of interstition consumption.
