摘 要:通过对延安子长禾草沟二号煤矿选煤车间、武乡县荣辉选煤厂、长治AB选煤厂三家选煤厂的工艺及介耗进行研究,从磁铁矿粉、原煤粒度性质、脱介设备处理能力、介质回收工艺、产品带介、磁选机工况效率六部分进行分析,针对三家选煤厂不同环节存在的介耗问题进行量化剖析,从而找到最合适的降低介耗的方法,达到介耗精细化管理的目的。Through the study of the process and magnetite consumption of three coal preparation plants,namely the coal preparation workshop of Hecaogou No.2 coal mine inYan’an Zichang,Ronghui coal preparation plant in Wuxiang County,and Changzhi AB coal preparation plant,this paper analyzes six parts:magnetite powder,raw coal particle size properties,medium removal equipment processing capacity,magnetite recovery process system,product carrying,and magnetic separator operating efficiency.Quantitative analysis is conducted on the magnetite consumption problems in different stages of the three coal preparation plant,in order to find the most suitable method to reduce magnetite consumption and achieve the goal of fine magnetite consumption management.
