银屑病中医基础研究的思考与展望

摘　　要：在银屑病中医基础研究领域,研究者在病因病机、证候学研究、疗效评价、机制研究等方面做出了大量研究,取得了一定进展。但目前仍缺乏公认的中医病因病机理论和中医药临床疗效评价核心指标,作用机制研究也较少。笔者建议从银屑病中医基础理论出发,充分发挥多学科学术优势,借鉴现代最新科学技术,结合临床实际,破解上述难题,为构建银屑病中医诊疗体系提供有力支撑。While traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)research for psoriasis has made certain progress in etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome study,efficacy evaluation,mechanism study and so on,the current challenges include the absence of recognized TCM etiology and pathogenesis theory,and the limited studies on the core index set and mechanism of TCM clinical efficacy evaluation.Begining with the fundamental theory of TCM for psoriasis,harnessing the academic advantages of multi-disciplines,incorporating the latest modern science and technology,and integrating clinical practice,these challenges can be overcome and lead to the construction of psoriasis TCM diagnosis and treatment system.
