摘　　要：患儿男,7月龄,全身丘疹结节7个月。出生第2天,患儿头面部、躯干及上肢皮肤出现大小不等的斑疹和斑丘疹,4个月前头颈、胸背部及四肢皮疹增多增大,形成多个蚕豆到鸽卵大小的疣状结节,未予治疗。皮损组织病理示:真皮内界限清楚的肿瘤细胞团块,肿瘤细胞以组织样细胞及泡沫细胞为主,可见Touton巨细胞;免疫组织化学染色示:CD68(+)、S100(+)。诊断:泛发性幼年黄色肉芽肿。A 7-month-old boy presented with papules and nodules all over the body for 7 months.The rashes and maculopapules of different sizes first appeared on the skin of the head,face,trunk and upper limbs on the second day after birth.Four months ago,the rashes on the head and neck,chest and back and limbs increased and formed multiple verrucous nodules of broad bean to pigeon egg size,which were not treated.Histopathology of skin lesions showed well-defined tumor cell masses in the dermis.The tumor cells were mainly tissue-like cells and foam cells,and Touton giant cells could be seen.Immunohistochemistry showed positive results for CD68 and S100.The diagnosis was generalized juvenile yellow granuloma.
