摘　　要：中央离心型瘢痕性脱发(central centrifugal cicatricial alopecia,CCCA)是一种淋巴细胞性瘢痕性脱发,隶属于原发性炎症性脱发,主要累及非裔女性,为黑种人女性最常见的瘢痕性脱发,但在包括亚洲族裔在内的其他种族中也有报告。该病常始于头皮顶部,呈进行性离心性扩大,最终导致毛囊的永久性破坏。CCCA的病因尚不明确,似乎有多种因素介导了其发生发展。本文从CCCA的流行现状、病因及危险因素、发病机制、临床表现、毛发镜特征、病理改变、共患病及临床治疗等方面进行综述。Central centrifugal cicatricial alopecia(CCCA)refers to lymphocyte-predominant cicatricial alopecia,a subcategory of primary inflammatory hair loss.It occurs among females of African descent mostly and represents the most common form of scarring hair loss in black women,while it has been reported in other descents including Asian.CCCA starts in the crown region of the scalp,and gradually spreads centrifugally,which eventually causes permanent damage to hair follicles.The exact cause of CCCA remains unclear,but it is believed to be a result of multiple factors.This paper reviews the prevalence,etiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,pathological changes,trichoscopic characteristics,comorbidities and clinical treatment of CCCA,and provides a reference for the treatment and further study.
