摘 要:玫瑰痤疮是一种慢性炎症性皮肤疾病,主要临床表现为面中部红斑、丘疹、脓疱、毛细血管扩张等,严重影响患者的社交和心理健康,导致生活质量降低。肥大细胞是过敏和炎症反应的关键启动和调节因子,在免疫监视中发挥着重要作用。近年来,越来越多的研究揭示了玫瑰痤疮中抗菌肽LL-37、阳离子通道TRPV(transient receptor potential vanilloid)与肥大细胞的相互作用机制。本文对肥大细胞参与玫瑰痤疮发病机制的研究进展和相关的治疗学进展进行综述。Rosacea is a chronic inflammatory skin disease,mainly characterized by erythema,papules,pustules,and telangiectasia in the central part of the face.It significantly affects patients′social and psychological well-being,leading to a decreased quality of life.Mast cells play a critical role as key initiators and regulators in allergic and inflammatory reactions,serving an essential function in immune surveillance.In recent years,an increasing number of studies have revealed the interaction mechanisms between the antimicrobial peptide LL-37,the cation channel TRPV(transient receptor potential vanilloid),and mast cells in rosacea.This article reviews the progress of research on mast cell involvement in the pathogenesis of rosacea and related therapeutic advances.
