通补兼施法治疗甲状腺功能减退性心脏病探析

摘　　要：甲状腺功能减退性心脏病为本虚标实之证,本虚以肾阳虚为主,治以“调补”为要;标实与痰湿、血瘀等密切相关,治以“通补”为合。治疗上秉承“通补兼施”理论,标本兼治,气血调和。Hypothyroid heart disease is a syndrome of deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality.Deficiency in origin is characterised by deficiency of kidney-yang mainly,and the key of treatment should be"regulating and tonifying".Excess in superficiality is closely related to phlegm,dampness,blood stasis,etc.,and the treatment should be by combined method of both dredging and tonifying mainly.It is important to adhere to the theory of both dredging and tonifying in the treatment,so as to treat both its roots cause and symptoms,which can harmonize qi and blood.
