解毒润燥汤治疗阴虚热毒型原发性干燥综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察解毒润燥汤治疗阴虚热毒型原发性干燥综合征的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为两组各30例。对照组予白芍总苷胶囊、硫酸羟氯喹片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予解毒润燥汤。治疗12周后,比较两组患者中医证候积分、实验室指标(ESR、CRP、IgG)、泪液流率、唾液流率及临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率83.33%,对照组总有效率56.67%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗后,两组中医证候积分、实验室指标、泪液流率、唾液流率均较治疗前有所改善(P﹤0.05),且治疗组均优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:解毒润燥汤治疗阴虚热毒型原发性干燥综合征疗效较好,优于单用西药治疗。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiedu Runzao decoction on primary Sjogren's syndrome.Methods:60 cases of patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome with syndrome of toxic heat due to deficiency of yin were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with total glucosides of paeony capsules and hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets,while the treatment group was treated plus with Jiedu Runzao decoction on the basis of control group.TCM syndrome score,laboratory indexes(ESR,CRP,IgG),tear fluid flow rate,saliva flow rate and clinical efficacy of patients were compared between two groups after 12 weeks of treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 83.33%in the treatment group and 56.67%in the control group,and the comparative difference between two groups was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).TCM syndrome score,laboratory indexes,tear fluid flow rate and salivary flow rate of patients were improved in both groups after treatment compared with before treatment(P﹤0.05),and the treatment group was better than control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Jiedu Runzao decoction on primary Sjogren's syndrome with syndrome of toxic heat due to deficiency of yin is better than that of alone western medicine.
