加味归肾汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察加味归肾汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法:选择符合纳入标准的78例多囊卵巢综合征患者,随机分为两组各39例。对照组予炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予加味归肾汤治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、卵巢储备功能血清学指标、卵巢形态学指标、卵巢血流学参数指标。结果:治疗组总有效率为94.87%,明显高于对照组的79.49%(P﹤0.05)。治疗后,治疗组LH、T、E2水平明显低于对照组,FSH、AMH水平明显高于对照组(P﹤0.05)。治疗组患者卵巢体积、卵泡数量明显低于对照组,卵泡最大直径明显高于对照组(P﹤0.05)。治疗组PSV、PI水平明显高于对照组,RI水平明显低于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:加味归肾汤辅助治疗多囊卵巢综合征可取得满意的治疗效果,并改善卵巢储备功能。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Guishen decoction on polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS).Methods:78 cases of eligible patients with PCOS were selected and randomly divided into two groups,39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets,while the treatment group was treated plus with modified Guishen decoction on the basis of control group.Clinical efficacy,serologic indexes of ovarian reserve function,ovarian morphologic indexes and indexes of ovarian hemorheological parameters of patients were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 94.87%,which was significantly higher than 79.49%of control group(P﹤0.05).After treatment,the levels of LH,T and E2 of treatment group were significantly lower than those of control group,while the levels of FSH and AMH were significantly higher than those of control group(P﹤0.05);the ovarian volume and number of follicles of patients in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group,while the maximum diameter of follicle was significantly larger than that of control group(P﹤0.05);PSV and PI of treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group,while RI was significantly lower than that of control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Modified Guishen decoction for auxiliary treatment of PCOS can achieve the satisfactory therapeutic effects,which can improve ovarian reserve function.
