摘  要:针对厚规格NM500耐磨钢板水下等离子切割后的开裂问题,对裂纹切割端硬度和微观组织等方面进行了分析研究。结果表明,横向裂纹的产生是钢板在水下等离子切割时切割端部冷却速度不一致,热影响区长度方向组织不均匀导致较大组织应力和热应力,同时心部存在成分偏析和心部裂纹综合作用的结果;纵向裂纹的产生是切割热影响区厚度方向冷却速度不一致造成组织应力和热应力过大,以横向裂纹为源头向上下表面扩展导致。In response to the cracking problem of thick specification NM500 wear-resistant steel plate after underwater plasma cutting,the hardness and microstructure of the crack cutting end were analyzed and studied.The results show that the generation of transverse cracks is due to the inconsistent cooling speed at the cutting end of the steel plate during underwater plasma cutting,the uneven organization in the length direction of the heat affected zone,resulting in larger tissue and thermal stresses,and the combined effect of component segregation and core cracks in the center.The generation of longitudinal cracks is caused by the inconsistent cooling speed in the thickness direction of the cutting heat affected zone,resulting in excessive tissue stress and thermal stress,which propagate upwards and downwards from the source of transverse cracks.
