摘  要:采用OBLFQSG750-Ⅱ型直读光谱仪,依据GB/T 4336—2016《碳素钢和中低合金钢火花源原子发射光谱分析法(常规法)》,以低碳合金钢中碳元素含量的快速检测过程为实例,对低碳合金钢中碳元素含量测定结果不确定度展开评定,使其结果符合标准要求,并对低碳合金钢质量进行评价。该方法保证了低碳合金钢中碳元素含量测定结果的准确性和可靠性,也为OBLFQSG750-Ⅱ型直读光谱仪测定设备精密度和性能的改进提供相关数据。Using the OBLFQSG750-II direct reading spectrometer and in accordance with GB/T 4336-2016 Spark Source Atomic Emission Spectroscopy Analysis of Carbon Steel and Medium and Low Alloy Steel(Conventional Method),taking the rapid detection process of carbon element content in low-carbon alloy steel as an example,the uncertainty of the measurement results of carbon element content in low-carbon alloy steel is evaluated to ensure that the results meet the standard requirements,and the quality of low-carbon alloy steel is evaluated.This method ensures the accuracy and reliability of the carbon element content determination results in low-carbon alloy steel,and also provides relevant data for the improvement of precision and performance of the OBLFQSG750-II direct reading spectrometer measurement equipment.
