摘 要:Mn元素在高炉生产中有重要作用,既能降低炉渣黏度,提高铁水流动性,又能解决高炉炉缸堆积问题。鉴于此,通过双坩埚实验研究Mn元素在渣铁间的分配系数,结果表明,Mn元素在渣铁间的分配系数随着铁水中w[Mn]的升高而降低;分配系数在碱度为1.1~1.3时,随着碱度的升高而降低,碱度为1.0时,分配系数降低。Mn element plays an important role in blast furnace production,which can reduce the viscosity of slag,improve the fluidity of molten iron,and solve the problem of accumulation in the blast furnace hearth.In view of this,the distribution coefficient of Mn element between slag and iron was studied through a double crucible experiment.The results showed that the distribution coefficient of Mn element between slag and iron decreased with the increase of[Mn]content in molten iron.The distribution coefficient decreases as the alkalinity increases between 1.1 and 1.3,and decreases when the alkalinity is 1.0.
