摘 要:作为Nb3Sn低温超导股线的关键原材料,铌棒的组织均匀性对其后续的加工及物理测试有着重要的影响。基于此,采用挤压、锻造、挤压+锻造三种方式制备直径为40 mm的纯铌棒坯,通过对其显微组织和力学性能测试结果进行对比研究发现,挤压棒材的芯部较难破碎,锻造棒材的边部有大晶粒出现,挤压+锻造工艺的结合则可以使棒材径向上的组织均匀性得到较大的改善。As a key raw material for Nb3Sn low-temperature superconducting strands,the microstructure uniformity of niobium rods has an important impact on their subsequent processing and physical testing.Based on this,pure niobium rod blanks with a diameter of 40 mm were prepared using three methods:extrusion,forging,and extrusion+forging.Through comparative research on the microstructure and mechanical properties test results,it was found that the core of the extruded rod was difficult to break,and large grains appeared at the edges of the forged rod.The combination of extrusion+forging technology can greatly improve the radial uniformity of the microstructure of the rod.
