复合稀土添加对铝铜合金铸造性能的影响研究

摘  要:主要研究了稀土元素铈(Ce)、钇(Y)的复合添加对铝合金铸造性能的影响。使用建模软件建立了尺寸较大且结构较复杂的三维模型,通过NovaCAST铸造仿真软件模拟了该三维模型铸件的差压浇铸,分析了该铸件在浇铸过程中的温度场以及浇铸完成后Niyama疏松及缩孔情况。通过3DP打印砂芯、造型、差压浇铸得到了试样铸件,通过X光检测分析了铸件的内部缺陷,结果表明,稀土元素Ce、Y的复合添加提高了铝合金铸件的铸造性能,减少了铸件内部的铸造缺陷。The effect of composite addition of rare earth elements cerium(Ce)and yttrium(Y)on the casting performance of aluminum alloys was mainly studied.A large and complex 3D model was established using modeling software.The differential pressure casting of the 3D model casting was simulated using NovaCAST casting simulation software.The temperature field during the casting process and the Niyama porosity and shrinkage after casting were analyzed.The sample castings were obtained through 3DP printing of sand cores,shaping,and differential pressure casting.The internal defects of the castings were analyzed through X-ray detection.The results showed that the composite addition of rare earth elements Ce and Y improved the casting performance of aluminum alloy castings and reduced the internal casting defects.
