摘  要:电解铝生产过程中,氟化铝作为重要的添加剂,主要起到调整电解质分子比,改善电解质性质的作用。重点介绍了氟化铝中杂质、电解生产工艺的搭配以及烟气净化系统对氟化铝单耗的影响,并通过应用实践,找到合理的电解工艺和最优烟气净化参数,将调整前后氟化铝单耗数据进行对比,证明调整的有效性,为行业降低氟化铝单耗提供依据。In the process of electrolytic aluminum production,aluminum fluoride,as an important additive,mainly plays the role of adjusting the electrolyte molecular ratio and improving the electrolyte properties.This paper focuses on the influence of impurities in aluminum fluoride,the combination of electrolytic production process and flue gas purification system on aluminum fluoride unit consumption,and through application practice,finds a reasonable electrolytic process and flue gas purification parameters,compares the aluminum fluoride unit consumption data before and after adjustment,proves the effectiveness of adjustment,and provides a basis for the industry to reduce aluminum fluoride unit consumption.
