摘 要:某钢厂新增一套全兰炭的磨煤制粉系统,以满足高炉喷煤需求。在借鉴现有成熟的中速磨负压工艺技术的同时,充分考虑兰炭水分高、磨损性等问题,采用不设煤粉缓冲仓工艺技术,对设计方案进行优化与改进。实践应用表明,该方案运行可靠、稳定,对后续类似的高炉喷煤系统进行新增制粉能力项目改造,具有一定的参考意义。A steel plant has added a coal grinding and powder making system with all semi-coke to meet the coal injection needs of the blast furnace.While drawing on the existing mature medium speed grinding negative pressure process technology,fully considering issues such as high moisture content and wear resistance of semi-coke,and optimizing and improving the design scheme,adopting the process technology without a coal powder buffer bin.Practical applications have shown that this scheme operates reliably and stably,and has certain reference significance for the subsequent retrofitting of similar blast furnace coal injection systems with new powder production capacity projects.
