摘  要:2023年初,石横特钢集团有限公司炼钢厂高线车间反馈炼钢供应部分钢坯在一、二架轧机处出现鱼鳞状起皮现象,起皮缺陷规律性较强,但分布钢坯位置不一,为防止后续轧制生产中断及减小停机处理难度,高线车间安排专人盯靠,发现缺陷部位在1号、2号飞剪处,随即直接进行碎断处理,给车间成材率、产量、生产组织、人员劳动强度等带来巨大影响。针对此问题,通过采取改善振痕、减少振动磨损机构、优化二冷对中、改善结晶器润滑、调整导向辊等措施,成功解决钢坯缺陷,保证轧制钢坯可满足轧钢厂的质量要求。In early 2023,the high-speed wire workshop of Shiheng Special Steel Group Co.,Ltd.reported that some steel billets in the steelmaking supply had fish scale like peeling at the first and second rolling mills.The peeling defects had a strong regularity,but the distribution of the steel billets was uneven.In order to prevent subsequent rolling production interruptions and reduce the difficulty of shutdown processing,a dedicated person was arranged to monitor the high-speed wire workshop.It was found that the defect was located at the first and second flying shears,and it was immediately broken,which had a huge impact on the yield,output,production organization,and labor intensity of the workshop.To address this issue,measures such as improving vibration marks,reducing vibration wear mechanisms,optimizing secondary cooling alignment,improving crystallizer lubrication,and adjusting guide rollers have been taken to successfully solve steel billet defects and ensure that the rolled steel billets meet the quality requirements of the rolling plant.
