摘　　要：通过分析低热值高炉煤气CCPP机组煤气压缩机入口流量低报警现象,结合理论计算总结出不同状况触发报警的原因。并发现在煤气品质下降阶段,入口流量低报警的主要故障点,提出了对应的解决办法,避免机组负荷快减。By analyzing the phenomenon of low flow alarm at the inlet of the gas compressor in the low calorific value blast furnace gas CCPP unit,and combining theoretical calculations,the reasons for triggering the alarm under different conditions are summarized.And identify the main fault points of low inlet flow alarm during the stage of gas quality decline.Corresponding solutions are proposed to avoid unit runback.
