摘 要:在宽厚板热轧生产过程中,板材比较容易出现镰刀弯现象,影响产品质量和市场需求。减少板材生产出现镰刀弯现象,有效提高宽厚板成材率,是宽厚板生产发展的关键。鉴于此,分析了宽厚板生产过程中产生镰刀弯现象的原因,并提出了相应控制措施,使得宽厚板生产中镰刀弯现象得到有效控制,提高了宽厚板生产合格率。In the hot rolling production process of wide and thick plates,the plate is prone to sickle bending,which affects product quality and market demand.Reducing the occurrence of sickle bending in plate production and effectively improving the yield of wide and thick plates are the key to the development of wide and thick plate production.In view of this,the reasons for the occurrence of sickle bending phenomenon in the production process of wide and thick plates were analyzed,and corresponding control measures were proposed to effectively control the sickle bending phenomenon in wide and thick plate production and improve the qualification rate of wide and thick plate production.
