摘　　要：对热轧厂加热炉上料辊道在实际生产过程中所暴露出的主要故障进行了深入系统的分析,并针对不同故障点采取了相对应的设计改造。设备改造投入使用后,上料辊道故障得到了有效控制,不但满足生产需求,而且降低备件消耗,起到降本增效的作用。A thorough and systematic analysis was conducted on the main faults exposed by the feeding roller conveyor of the heating furnace in the actual production process of the hot rolling plant.Corresponding design modifications were taken for different fault points.After the equipment improvement was put into use,the malfunction of the feeding roller conveyor was effectively controlled,which not only met production needs but also reduced spare parts consumption,playing a role in reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
