摘　　要：分析了邯钢邯宝冷轧厂热镀锌机组矫直机常见的压下调节装置主轴断裂、蜗轮蜗杆同步轴两端不平衡等问题,采取了有针对性的改进措施,解决了矫直机压下调节装置同步轴主轴断裂、故障无法及时发现造成事故扩大化等问题,创造了可观的经济效益,有效地保证了生产线的稳定运行。This article analyzes the common problems of the main shaft fracture of the press down adjustment device and the imbalance of the synchronous shaft at both ends of the worm gear and worm gear in the straightening machine of the hot-dip galvanizing unit of HanSteel Hanbao Cold Rolling Plant.Targeted improvement measures have been taken to solve the problems of the main shaft fracture of the synchronous shaft of the press down adjustment device of the straightening machine,the inability to detect faults in a timely manner,and the expansion of accidents,creating considerable economic benefits and effectively ensuring the stable operation of the production line.
