摘　　要：针对某钢厂高速线材产线精轧区域锥辊箱振动问题,通过在线监测系统及时定位锥辊箱缺陷位置,准确判断劣化程度。对锥辊箱振动全过程进行了分析总结,并对在以后的振动分析时遇到类似的振动信号应考虑的问题提出一定见解。In response to the vibration problem of the cone roller box in the precision rolling area of a high-speed wire production line in a steel plant,an online monitoring system is used to timely locate the defect position of the cone roller box and accurately determine the degree of deterioration.An analysis and summary of the entire process of cone roller box vibration were conducted,and the opinions were put forward on the issues that should be considered when encountering similar vibration signals in future vibration analysis.
